Item is a live puppy, Ebay wont let me submit a report

They are selling bulldog puppies.  I've tried to get a report to Ebay, but it says it isn't the right item number.  I can't change the number, it is correct as the listing states it.  I had this trouble before trying to report another seller trying to sell puppies

Use the report link on the listing page instead of calling to report.

I tried reporting in Firefox and got a 404 error. I went to Opera and it went through just fine.

That looks like a variation of the puppy scam that runs on Craigslist. People send the money and never get a puppy. Our local TV troubleshooter spent a lot of time investigating it last year and turned up a lot of people who had purchased puppies like this sight unseen and lost their money.

Shipping the puppy First Class Package ... yep, I'm pretty sure USPS will want a whining, pooping, peeing puppy in a box.

I reported it in Firefox and it went through OK.

Went through for me just fine (on Safari 12.1.2) too, and the listing is still up.

they even put their phone number and whats app in the listing details.... i happen to know that 919 is a n.c. area code....is it even allowed to ship them via usps????  what's wrong with people....

I did a google search on that phone number and it says it is in Oxford NC ... about 20 miles from me. Maybe I should tell them I'll come pick up the puppy.

I'm betting if you do a google search on that picture you will find it show up in a ton of listings all over the internet selling non-existent puppies.

The listing says the pup is in Nantucket, so apparently they've relocated along with their cell phone number.
