For any future readers that may have the same issue.

Sellers hub

Hover on "payments"

Click on "payouts"

Click on the "blue highlighted # "for the payout ID in question to see a detailed display of all associated with that payout.

Be it 1-2, or 44................. it will show what was involved.

Re: Payout Less Than Net Profit

I sold an item for $70 + $9.58 shipping =  $79.58 - $11.51 total fees = $68.07 should be my PAYOUT.  Ebay only deposited $57.79 to my bank. Where did the missing $10.78 go?

Did you buy the shipping label?  Your payment summary should show everything going in and out.

No, your payout would be $68.07 minus the shipping label cost. (The purchase of the shipping label comes out of what the buyer paid you.)

Your numbers are incorrect.

sold for $70 + $11.70 shipping = $81.70 - $11.51 fees = $70.19

From that $70.19, you spent $9.58 for shipping

70.19-9.58=60.61

But you also need to deduct from that $60.61 the sales tax that the buyer paid and ebay forwards to the buyer's state. And that accounts for the other $3.

@ricarazzle

Did you ship the item?  You collected money from the buyer to pay for the shipping, did you create your shipping label in Ebay?  If you did, the money removed from your account was to pay the Carrier for the shipment.  You don't just get to take money from the buyer for shipping and then not ship or expect someone else to pay for the shipping charges.

You can see the details of the funds into your MP account and what went out recently on the left side of your Summary Screen.

Your description is missing the amount of money the Buyer paid YOU for shipping and then how much the shipping actually cost you when you created the shipping label, if you did create it here in Ebay.

The $11.51 would be your FVF on the $79.58 the buyer paid you.  There is also a 40 cent per transaction fee.

Was the buyer charged sales tax?

Your current amount of listings doesn't mean you didn't exceed the allotment of 250 free listings in November.  It isn't the number of listings by the end of the month, but how many listings you ran DURING the month.

This tile on your Seller Hub can help you keep track of this.

The 2-35 cent charges are for the 2 items you have listed in 2 categories. It's $.35 for the additional category:

1. https://www.ebay.com/itm/186758906154

Category 1:

Category 2:

I didn't find the second item but there must be another listing posted in 2 categories.
