Paying more eBay feesthan what generated report for the month says my fee is

I printed monthly reports from January through July.  This new generated report for a month shows you fees. But what the report says my ebay fees for that month are  and what was taken from PayPal for my eBay fees for that month is never the same. 
I understand the fees for one month are taken out of PayPal  the next month.  So for the months of January through July I had 18.93 more taken out of PayPal than what eBays reports total for those months. One month alone took out 14.64 more from PayPal than what that months report showed. 
I’m only one person but if they are doing this to all then.........

You need to look at your invoices to see what the charges are for. Do you know how to find your invoices to download?

Sometimes credits come in after the invoice is released and applied before the month is paid by auto pay. The next invoice will show the credit but it is not applies as it was applied next month. This usually is the quarterly promoted listing credit for me. I see you have a store and can use promoted listings perhaps that is the case.

Thanks, found the invoices. Been too long since I have looked at them. Just figured the new generated reports were the same.

When eBay takes money from my account for fees, it is to pay a monthly eBay invoice. 

Each of those monthly eBay invoices has detailed line items for every single charge. 

If eBay is truly taking too much money from you, then it should be trivial task to determine what they are charging you for. 

My guess is that when you take the time to do that, you will find you made the mistake, and not eBay. 

I sincerely doubt eBay is stupid enough to steal from every seller every month through fraudulent invoices.
