Patent Infrignment

I have identified several individuals of infringement of my patent device hand held electric shoe shiner Patent number 8,904,587.

question is how do I have them removed from ebay post?

And who is going to pay for that service?  I'm not willing to as a seller.  Are you willing to pay for it since it is your rights you are trying to protect.  There are somewhere around 2 BILLION listings on Ebay.  Your suggesting a process that will take time and money to accomplish.  Are you willing to pay for that service?

35 U.S.C. 271 INFRINGEMENT OF PATENT.

  • (a) Except as otherwise provided in this title, whoever without authority makes, uses, offers to sell, or sells any patented invention, within the United States, or imports into the United States any patented invention during the term of the patent therefor, infringes the patent.
  • (b) Whoever actively induces infringement of a patent shall be liable as an infringer.
