The INR I just escalated said resolve by Feb 13 on email (your first screenshot) and resolve by Feb 14 on dispute page (your second screenshot).
eBay's had really wacky dates lately.
There's this tech error happening with new listings, renewal off by a day, does not appear to be a Leap Year issue since problem began on Feb 10, not Jan 29 and it's only affecting new listings, not GTC renewals.

Then there are crazy EDDs on orders. Like my most recent shipment to Alaska eBay told the buyer to expect in 2-5 days with Ground Advantage, but USPS is saying 2-3 weeks. Not delayed, just on the slow boat like most Ground Adv packages over a pound.
