Packing slips not showing price paid, or shipping cost, or tax.

Yesterday this started...and it’s not because the “gift item” box is ticked under the “edit packing slip” section. 

My packing slips only show the product and quantity, but not the price. No matter what I do I can’t get it back to normal. 

This is bad because with some of my products I know what they bought by how much they paid. 

Whats happening?

A "true" packing slip has only ever shown the qty and items ordered.

For whatever reason both ebay & paypal have seen fit to include the pricing and shipping.

Maybe ebay is trying to follow "industry standard"?

I am not seeing what my buyer paid for shipping on the packing list either. I wish eBay would stop fixing what's not broke and concentrate on fixing what is.

As Trinton said on the Tech board.....they have deliberately removed the prices.....

but you can get to the old packing slip by clicking on the invoices/packing slip in the drop down on SH........

Ridiculous they couldn’t make it an option to keep the old packing slip, in the list of other editable features on the packing slip. I need the prices to know the specifics of what my buyers purchased. Epic waste of time.

I'm getting the same thing! For a week or so now. The option to hide the cost is not checked so it should be there, but....

I also can't see my store views anymore. The number is 0.

In the "real" business world, packing slips never do have prices on them, just the item and the quantity. it's to help you check in orders/shipments to make sure everything is there (or not there).

I need the price for creating a customs invoice when I ship internationally. Should I really need to go back to Sellers Hub to confirm prices?
