Relentless Marketing to Sellers

I'm getting these multiple times daily. As soon as I "X" out of them, they're back after a few hours. It's a loosing game of "Whack-A-Mole"! Anybody know how I can make this stop?

Priority shipping fail. Refund?

So I shipped a bare root tree priority mail on the 28th of April. As of today tracking shows it’s not even out for delivery. If it arrives it will probably be dead. So what’s fair about me having to eat the refund? And yes it was packed properly.
