look on seller hub > Orders Tab > Find Order Click the drop down menu > Select "View Record" it should be listed there... if not you can download the report for that sale and all their info is there in excel format.

actually i never noticed if it was on shipping label before... i know a lot things in seller hub is changed from the old hub to the new though and ebay keeps changing things still, like the shipping labels has changed yet again (like 3 times this year) use to open to new window after purchase now, it does open to new window but that window is different..started like a week ago.
