If you are talking about an out of stock defect, then check your dashboard under defects.

TIA!
Go to your Seller Dashboard and look at Transaction Defect Rate. If you see 0 out of X number of transactions, then you do not have any transactions cancelled for being out of stock or cases closed without seller resolution defects recorded on your account. If you see a number greater than 0, use the arrow on the right of the % number to see the drop down which will show the recorded defect(s) in detail.
Edit: Sorry for the repeat info...very slow typer.

It is always a good idea to check your Dashboard regularly for any changes. Sometimes Ebay doesn't get the late shipment dings right and you need to call and get them fixed. But they will only do that in a window of time around 30 to 60 days or so. So if you are watching it could be too late to get a mistake removed. And for those eval'd on the previous 12 months this could hurt for a long time.

Thanks for the info!
Just curious, are we all evaluated over a 12 mos. timeframe?
Also, when and how are we punished for out-of-stock strikes?

Sellers that have 400+ transaction in the previous 90 day period are eval'd on the previous 90 day period. All other sellers are eval'd on the previous 12 month period. Eval's happen on the 20th of every month for the period ending in the previous month. On April 20th we were eval'd on the period ending March 31st.
