Is the transaction in your Pay Pal account?

If they used an echeck, it'll take a couple days for it to clear.

No matter what the buyer states:

Dont ship until the money is clear in your PayPal account AND the order is in your Awaiting Shipment folder.

Contact your buyer and ask whether the payment was from their Paypal account, eCheck or other.    As one poster stated, do not ship until you actually see a payment in your account and/or an email from Paypal saying, "You Got Paid".

Sellers get fake emails stating "You Got Paid" from scammers. Emails are not always reliable.
