I'm a first time seller, listed to sell a few things I no longer needed.
I sold 3 things in end of Nov 2017 and I remember waiting until the dashboard said paid before shipping the items. But I've been overwhelmingly swamped until recently and didn't get to follow up. I don't see any payment received in PayPal even though my eBay account is linked. It's over 60 days so I can't pull up any information on the listings.
I tried going through the eBay Customer Service "Contact Us". But it only allows you to contact if the issue falls in their listed set of issues and this doesn't seem to fall under any of them. What's the best way to follow upon this? Am I just out of luck b/c too much time has past?
Help is much appreciated.

Check your PayPal account. PayPal keeps all your transaction info going back 3 years.

Not sure why you would check your dashboard - it doesn't show whether items are paid or not. The place to look for that is your MyeBay Selling page or your Paypal Account.
As to working with eBay, you are way too late for that. They only keep transactions available for 90 days, and they cannot force a buyer to pay if they haven't done so on their own.

Are you saying you never shipped?

You can pull up listings for at least 90 days, through Seller Hub or through your itemized invoice for the month they were sold. Go to My eBay > Account tab > Summary and use the pull-down menu to choose the month. I just tested it and was able to see listings that ended on November 23.
However, like the others I'm not sure why you want to do that. If there's no payment in Paypal then you weren't actually paid for those items. But there's nothing you can do about it now.

IF you didn't get paid, you needed to open an unpaid item dispute 48 hrs after the listing ended, if it had a winner/buyer. and close it in 96, giving the buyer a strike for nonpayment, and you would have received your fees back. Sorry but it is far too late for that.
If there was a sale, and the buyer paid, and you didn't ship, you probably would have heard about it by now.
You agreed to a processing time of x amount of days that you would ship after payment, and that is something to be aware of so you don't lose your selling privileges.
If you get overwhelmingly swamped again, and have listings up, you might consider ending them so this situation does not occur again. Just a thought.

I am assuming if you never got paid, next time list the item as a "Buy It Now" with "Immediate Payment Required."
That way, the minute someone buys your item they will have to pay and the money will instantly go into your Pay Pal account.
However, if you list something, you need to pay attention as if it sells, you have to ship it out within the handling time you specified in your listing or eBay is going to sanction you and you'll not be able to sell here.

I've shipped all the items.

It was several months ago, it was probably my eBay selling page. Where it shows that information is where I looked.

Did you check your paypal to see if you were paid?

I didn't realize I needed to check! I know better now...

You can still check your Paypal account and look to see if you got paid for 3 items at the end of November.
