Hi, I want to change/lower the price for a Buy It Now Item and Revise will not let me change anything.
Is it because there are 4 people Watching the Item ?

Most likely you sent out an offer that is still pending on the listing. Here is what you can and can't do when an offer is active.
You can:
You can't:

Watchers shouldn't affect your ability to revise the listing/change the price. But if you have any active offers (either SIO or buyer initiated), you can't do anything while they're still active.

Unless things just changed without any notice (and wouldn't that be shocking?), you've always been able to change the BIN price while there are seller-initiated offers still active.

Watchers don't affect being able to edit a listing.
If there's an active offer, that will not let you edit the listing.

I didn't think you could change the listing if there was any offer on the item?

The only thing you can change is the BIN price.

I don't think that is correct.
If I send out an offer for an item that a watcher is watching that is originally $50 and my offer is $10 off, it would make NO sense for me to be able to 'raise' the price to $70 after I've sent out the offer.
If they 'did' allow it, it was a glitch, wrong etc.

You can lower the BIN price with an outstanding offer.

Yes it is correct. And always has been. Your scenario may make no sense, but that doesn't mean you can't do it. And in fact, your scenario can make sense in certain cases, to motivate the buyer to accept the offer when they see the price is going up.

You can change the BIN price in any direction with an outstanding offer.

Did you send out any offers? If you did, that would lock it up for a few days.

I've never been able to change the BIN price when there was a seller-initiated offer active. Run into that many times. I think you're misremembering.

@hartungcards @fern*wood Well, I've only started 'sending' offers (no counter offer clicked, no 'automation so JUST goes to 'watchers') 2 weeks ago and I have NOT been able to edit ANYTHING (pictures, title, description) while the 'offer' is still out there (and about 2 days after as well)..
so, if it's new; it makes total sense.
After all, I wouldn't want something that I watched for $300, seller sends me an offer for $250 and when I go to buy it, it's now $400.
So, consider it a 'glitch/fluke/wrong' in the past as that should NEVER be allowed.
In fact, you haven't been able to 'edit' a price for items 'on sale' for about a year now (can't even just revert back to original price, have to 'end the ad' (which is a bummer because many times I have over 100 items in the same 'sale' and to 'fix' 1 price, have to end 100)
