Ebay allows none payers to continue to use their platform even after being notified of the in fraction. Buyers with multiple positive feed backs, win the auction and then disappear. No pay, no communication, they just vanish. Ebays platform does no allow you to call them out and expose the fraud that is going on. I will never sell another vehicle on ebay until they figure out how to eliminate the fraud. Try some kind of background check, financial rating, but do something. Ebay doesn't want to **bleep** these con artists off but they are willing to let their regulars swinging in the breeze. I have sold the same three cars 6 times and i still have the vehicles, from none payments. Maybe it's time for the children running ebay to pay attention to their business model and fix the fraud that is destroying their brand.

Vehicle sales are NON binding. Either side can back out at anytime.

The way it should be done is list item this way:

Buy It Now (don't do 'auction')

Immediate Payment required (up to $500 deposit is allowed)

The balance is paid upon pickup. At least this way, only 'serious' buyers will give $500 and you can KEEP the $500 if they 'no show, no contact' after a week or 2.

Buyers can receive only positive feedback since 2008.

If you don't want NONPAYERS utilize your buyer requirements to block them. You can also cancel those transactions citing buyer didn't pay 96 hours after the end of the auction.
