Non-payment

I have a customer who didn't pay for an item yet bid on more of my items ( didn't win). She had always been reliable but recently most of her info changed and she cancelled a won bid.  She ignored my message. How do I move forward with her?

Re: Non-payment

After 4 days of nonpayment cancel the orders citing buyer didn't pay and put that buyer in your BBL.

Re: Non-payment

Possibly a hacked account? I would add to BBL for the time being. Possibly report to eBay the potential of a hacked account.

Thank you! That could very well be. I never thought of that.

Re: Non-payment

@j438ladybug, the only reason I would be hesitant to add to your BBL right away, though I can't say for sure I wouldn't, is that it closes off any option for them to contact you.  Buyers on your BBL can't message you.  It appears to go through from their end, but you just never see it.  If it's been longer than you feel comfortable waiting, though (and at least the 4 days minimum) and you don't care about working anything out with the customer, then you can certainly do that.  Just be aware of the result.

Re: Non-payment

You can always try calling using the phone # in the transaction description .

I disagree with that suggestion.
