As a new seller, you are behind the learning curve. That’s okay, it takes time to learn the ropes. However , I would caution you to be most careful in regards to cancelling a transaction prior to a buyer’s request that you do so. Or until 4 days are passed without payment. Seller-initiated transaction cancellations can be a cardinal sin on eBay. Cancelling can get you penalized. It is not unheard of for new members to lose their selling privileges unexpectedly by inadvertently violating critical policies.

Many buyers are overseas but have domestic mailing addresses. The actual address you are shipping the product to is revealed when payment is rendered.
