Non paying winners!

I think its a shame people can bid and win an item and then not answer emails or pay for the item and you as a seller can do nothing! All you can do is cancel the order after 5 days and then do it all over again. And you cant leave them a negative feedback, just not right!

@smallmouthone1

Sorry for your situation.  Sellers have not been able to leave negative feedback since 2008.

 You may want to reconsider using the auction style listings to avoid this type of behavior.  Use a fixed price, buy it now, immediate payment required checked off and NO best offers.  You obviously know what your inventory is worth, set the price you want and let it go from there.

Happy Selling

Re: Non paying winners!

Hello,

Sorry to read.  eBay is no longer the place for auctions unless the item is rare or hard to price. I ditched auctions long ago because of the same reasons.  Cancel after 5 days? That's more then generous. I cancel orders after sending a second invoice and after 48 hours. Then I put the buyer on the block buyer list. I have very few non-paying buyers these days.  Feedback isn't as important as it once was. Negative feedback,  don't waste your time. Just move on.  One or two negatives isn't going to affect you or the buyer.

Jeff
