Did you mean:

Non payers

I recently sold 3 items because I needed the money to buy something else.

I have a “payment must be received within 24 hours” notice on my auctions.

out of my 3 items sold I’m still waiting for payment 3 days later on one and over 24 hours later for the other.  I have contacted both buyers and received no reply.  I don’t mind waiting a day or two to be paid usually if there is communication but not being paid and no communication is infuriating to me, especially when I need the money.

why does EBay allow this?  It seems I have no option but to sit and wait?

I’m tempted to just relist the items.  Why won’t EBay allow sellers to leave negative feedback for deadbeat buyers?  At least this say sellers would have a head’s up.

I keep checking my email to see if I’ve been contacted or paid and nothing and it really is making me angry at this point.

I’m not a person who runs a store, I just use EBay to sell things I don’t need occasionally and I’m really getting I sick of not being able to do anything about dedbeats.

Who is saying payments should be made every bid?

It should be AUTO if you win.  You win....you pay automatically.

I don't even get how you got "pay with every bid" from what I was saying.

And you really don't seem to get.....I'm done with Ebay.  I've only said that about 1,000 times now.

I have no issues with you being "done with Ebay".  That is your decision and not one I'm trying to get you to change.  You won't find any of my posting asking you to reconsider.  Just addressing certain things you have said, nothing more.  Don't read things into my post that don't exist as you'd likely be wrong as you are on this particular matter.

Actually you probably want to look again at message 94 because that is where you somehow went off onto talking about a payment being made when a bid is made. The OP said nothing resembling that. Here is the paragraph.

'It can't work on auctions because they can't require buyers to pay immediately when they bid otherwise if there were multiple bidders, you would get multiple payments on the same item or Ebay would be having to issue refunds when another bidders bids.  On very active auctions that would be a hot mess.  Which is why on auctions IPR won't work.'

I thought you meant that they cant require buyers to pay immediately when they WIN - which I agree with - but then you went into that whole rest of the paragraph about paying for bids when bidding which I dont think anyone was suggesting.

You might want to look at preceding posts where they OP was complaining about auction winners not being required to make an immediate payment.  It is what this whole thread of theirs is about.  The post I was responding to was on that subject of somehow having an auto pay process on the site for auction.

I'm unsure as to why my response bothers you when it was in direct reply to what they said, but OK.

And the most recent post you are referencing above has to do with their comment that I highlighted for your ease.  Which has nothing to do with non paying bidders or immediate payment for auctions.
