Non Payment

I have a customer that I have allowed to win or purchase a few items without payment. I told her every time she gets 5 or 6 items I would invoice her and save her on some shipping cost. My items are listed separately with shipping paid for by the buyer. Thing is I pack as I list so when she wins 5 items I unpack 5 boxes, repack them in one box and invoice her for the items and save her over half on the shipping. While I was on vaca she won 18 items. I cut the shipping cost by 60% and sent the invoice........now only crickets. How long do I have to wait for payment before I report?

If a buyer has not paid in 4 days, the seller can cancel on day #5, citing "Buyer Did Not Pay" as the reason.

Every time you invoice the buyer the buyer gets another 4 days before you can cancel anything. Stop sending invoices. You can always do a refund on shipping if buyer paid too much. eBay sends one invoice after another invoice...no need to send them.

And not all items probably can't be cancelled at the same time due to you sending invoices and giving each item an extra 4 days.

Others provided the info you need but also remember a lot of things could have happened with your buyer after all you mentioned you were on vacation when they made the purchases. Maybe they are now unavailable. They could have died, ended up in the hospital, had a family emergency, been hit by a natural disaster.....................   I am speaking from experience I use the auction format almost exclusively and a lot can happen between when a buyer places a bid and the auction ends. I have dealt with some unusual situations over the years, most worked out well.
