No store categories of the iphone app. Anyone else?

I have seen some other posts on here but I do not see any solution. 

Since the app update, there is no where to add the store categories in the app on the iphone. I have unistalled the app, reinstalled and nothing. Can anyone help me out? Posting here so ebay knows about this issue.
