This isn't eBay or customer service. This is a forum of other sellers and buyers. You are not contacting eBay by posting on here. Customer service is open by using social media, links below. Best of luck to you....

This is not eBay customer service @peaceinherlife. If you want to tell us happened (presumably with the perfume sale?) we may be able to help. Lots of selling experience on this board.

You have only sold one item on this account recently. How are the police "involved" over a $100 item?

Why do u need to talk to someone if the police is involved? Just asking for a friend.

What's up with the perfume Shalimar? There was another post concerning this product, must be the item of the month!

What happened? Did the buyer want to return the item? Did they open a case? Did the buyer think the sale included the pearls too? Any information you can offer might help us help you. Lots of experienced sellers here in the forums.

You can ask for your case to be escalated. There are US agents who can/will talk to you via email, but it can be a gauntlet to get there. Be patient and professional. May take a number of attempts. Keep at it.

The phone reps do not work for eBay so don't bother with them. They work for a subcontractor out of Utah.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

Can you explain exactly what the police involvement is?
And if the police are involved, wouldn't the police be contacting eBay?
Can you explain exactly what the fraud was?

Gee whiz!
I used to wear the scent Shalimar as a teenager. Loved it then but
for decades have been wearing Chanel’s Allure Sensuelle.
With everybody going nuts with Shalimar & even stealing it too, maybe I’ll just try it again!
It seems to put a spell on people!

According to the OP's own description, the perfume it lasts all day and into the evening.
So a buyer claiming that it did not last all day would be enough to win a SNAD case.
Just+ speculating here since the OP has not come back to clarify or answer any questions.
