No payouts for 6 weeks, site says "Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details"

Account details are correct, eBay concierge has verified. Over 20 phone calls have resulted in - NOTHING. Latest agent was set to call me back at certain time. NOTHING. Payout due up near 10 thousand now with no resolution. 

I have to use savings to pay for inventory. HELP!

My kneejerk reaction is to stop calling. Reach out starting with a message on the eBay facebook page. There, you'll find experienced Reps who have the knowledge and resources to actually offer service. Good luck.

It looks like you just started selling again after 6 months break so ebay is going to treat you like a new seller even though you have an established account and as such will hold payments for 30 days. I assume you have signed up for managed payments? Do you have a red banner at the top of seller hub and/or on the payments tab?

You've been selling stuff since July.........and no payment at all?    If so, I would guess there is something wrong with your payout (to you) information or you haven't supplied your ss.....  Check your bank account (name must exactly match your ebay registered name ......John C Doe does not match John Doe.)

No, I have been on eBay since the beginning - 25 years.  Yes, I have the red banners. Also no payouts. eBay is happily extracting there share from my sales. Labels made seamlessly.

Where 'n 'ell did you get the 6 month sabbatical info from?

These are credible US cs agents that actually work for Ebay and are more likely help you with your issue. Many positive outcomes posted here in their ability to be helpful.

Sounds really odd. Like a computer glitch. Have you gone into your account settings and not just verified, but put everything back in again? Also, I would do as others suggest. Go on Facebook eabt Business. Post a message. they are excellent at helping.

Facebook account shows suspended as of the 8th 'cuz I don't go there a lot. we'll see if they reinstate it. Went thru and reentered everything under accounts. Meanwhile I go hungry .Thanks BILL  - -BILL

Just going by this ID's feedback. You show a lot of sales for the month but then feedback goes to 6 months or longer. If you have the banner, then either you didn't upload the requested documents or the documents you uploaded don't match your account information and/or card on file for payments.

Solution was simple but obscure. I had to change my phone number from the landline I have used for 18+ years to a CEL NUMBER OK, that worked but there's no indication in account details specifying a mobile number. Took eBay all this time to figure it out and call me with the fix.

Yes they apparently are only accepting cell phones to send any codes now but did not make any formal announcement that I’m aware of.

EBay has totally screwed something up . I have been a member for many years , all of my account details I routinely check once a month , I always ship out sold items on a timely manner with correct shipping costs , and yet my account was restricted from an "inconsistency" but did not state what that was . And this restriction I am not able to sell items but yet I had two sales . I promptly refunded those buyers after I cancelled the orders and I somehow now owe Ebay money for sending refunds ? Well , this site lost my business as a seller and I can no longer trust what is going on behind our backs . I am sure this may have to do with site updates but do not quote me on that . Only a theory as to why so many issues are being reported in the threads .
