I have lost $1,200+ in lost sales of potential accepted offers that were not sent to me by email. I called eBay and they had no answers for me or the person I spoke with didn’t have answers. WTH??? Will I have to check each day through my “seller’s hub” to check on offers? Anyone having this problem?

Will I have to check each day through my “seller’s hub” to check on offers..........
Frankly, I'm surprised someone doesn't check SH at least a couple of times everyday.........depending on emails is just asking for trouble in my opinion, too many things can go wrong........

A lesson learned for sure! I would assume that if I receive some NEW OFFER notifications by email, I should receive most to all others? EBay lost money too and either fix that feature or not at all.
As a resolution from eBay, I wish at the very least, release the encrypted eBay ID names so that I can reach out to those buyers (offers). $1,2575+ is a lot of lost sales. I also wish that dates were posted on the days of those offers were sent.

Delay or a lack of notifications has been reported on this board constantly over the last several years.
But since there are dozens - if not hundreds - of moving parts between a sender's message and a recipient's inbox, it's hard to figure out who is to 'blame' when email does not get delivered.
That is why I and many other sellers decided long ago that logging into eBay and PayPal at least a couple times a day is the only way to ensure that we know that offers have been received, sales have happened, payments have been received, or disputes have been filed.

I'm not clear what you are talking about. If it was accepted offers (ones you sent out to unknown watchers), then they would show as sold items. If it is an offer from a potential buyer, then the ID would be visible in your ebay messages.

You're seeing encrypted IDs in the offer messages? (e.g. "a***z," something like that?) That's a first for me. Whenever I get any kind of correspondence from a bidder or buyer, even unsolicited offers, I can always see their full ID in the message.
I know guest account IDs can look like gibberish strings, but they are real identifiers for those users.

Not to belabor the point........ never assume anything....... Even if Ebay did everything perfectly, your email/the internet could screw up. Lost in cyberspace is a common enough phrase.
You can send offers to watchers, and that might catch some of the "offerers". You can also set acceptance parameters on each item to cover yourself, if you think you may not be able to check on SH..........

That sounds like offers you sent to your watchers. I do that and my offers show expired if the watcher didn't take advantage of them. Do you send out offers?
