I just went to find a link in the Help Pages for a thread and saw that a new format has rolled out ...
The subject I was looking for was "Active content" ... well, it is not on the "A" page and on the "P" page with a long list of "Policies" its not there either. So I used the Search window typing in "Active content" ... please see pic no 2 ...

I always liked the warm cheery colors of those pages. They just made you smile.

ebay employee longevity just isn't in the cards never has been so it tends to be all over the map as the better than sliced bread features fall out of favor. Its a different face different name, but SOS....

Learning Center, Ebay University, Answer Center ... those are all from another ebay long ago in another time. Wonder who managed to drag that back up?

I suspect its part of eBay updating servers with new progamming and they've shifted accounts to other areas of their computer system ... I will check to see if on other IDs here if the same Help Page format comes up.

I remember ebays cartoon animated CS rep. I used to ask her naughty questions late in the evening trying to strike up a online relationship.... She was either very naive or else playing hard to get.....

Thank you for sharing this artistic creation. It PERFECTLY summarizes my reaction to the new format, which is apparently designed to be "one size fits all" to show up the same everywhere, even on tiny pocket-size gadgets.

Maybe they could use some of that vacant real estate to put the rest of the policy on the page instead of having a gazillion expanding buttons that only let you see bits and pieces of the policy at the same time, and send you in a big fat circle? This is another "improvement" that is a huge step backwards from how it displayed last week...

You're welcome ... they initially would not admit that many of the changes on format were geared towards mobile devices but that's the truth of the matter. We went through it here on The Community with all the white space ... that we still have despite the negative reaction and request to change it ...
