This new Feedback flow started last night and it is not acceptable. The old format had ALL of my pre-typed Feedback available. The first time I saw this and clicked the Positive button I got a canned eBay Feedback in the window that I was NOT able to change and what it said was not what I ever would have typed, unacceptable. This pic just shows a blank page, I closed it before doing anything. This ONE FB takes up my entire screen.
To optimize time I leave FB for Buyers while the label is printing. Now I can't do that. What I have to is more work and more steps ... I have to go to my FB history and scroll to the bottom of the page then click the Leave Feedback (Green arrow next pic) link then work on my Feedback task.
Below is the page that comes up and this older format does NOT waste my screen space and HAS all of my pre-typed FB in it.
Wow, I can see three things on this page.
Please advise how I can get back to the old FB flow???
Regards,
Mr. L

It's been about 10 days and I wanted to follow up on a few remaining issues with the new Feedback page that haven't bubbled up yet to get resolved.
1. As of this writing the new flow does NOT have my Auto-saved FB available, what is the schedule on getting that fixed? My preference of course is to just change back to the old system that worked fine.
2. On the FB page accessed through my FB history how do we DELETE Unpaid item transactions or any other failed transaction from the FB list??? Using the "X" does NOT permanently delete an item.
Regards,
Mr. L
Hey @mr_lincoln and @katzrul15. My apologies that we hadn't received a response yet, I assure you your bubbles were safe with me 😁! There was heavy discussion about getting the auto feedback fixed. I've been told those fixes were rolled out on Friday, however since yours still isn't populating, they agree we should get a ticket created for you, so I'll get on that right away.
Regarding the removal of the failed transactions on the feedback list, this is definitely not working as designed so I'd like to get a ticket created for that as well. To clarify, you stated it's not permanently deleting the item, so what's happening when you click the 'x'? Is it going away temporarily, only to return after you refresh the page?
Hey elizabeth@ebay ,
Thank you for the quick reply. Regarding the UPIs not staying deleted I can Delete them during an FB session but the next time I go to leave FB on the flow they come back ... bad bubbles ....
Regards,
Mr. L
Good morning @mr_lincoln. Who knew bad bubbles we're possible, but this is definitely one of them! I've created a ticket for each of these issues. I'll keep you posted if updates come through, however, keep an eye out because they often resolve the issues without notifying us.
elizabeth@ebay I just got a reminder to leave Feedback on an item ... it happens to be the UPI item which is the ONLY item on my list that does not have FB from me ...
Hey @mr_lincoln! Can you attach a screenshot of that so I can get that added to the ticket? This will help me escalate it further.
First pic is the eBay message reminder to leave FB ... the second pic is from the item in the waiting for FB log.
Thanks @mr_lincoln. This is perfect. Getting this added now.
elizabeth@ebay Hi Elizabeth ... each time I go to leave FB I still see this annoying Unpaid item transaction STILL on my leave FB list ... UPIs that are completed (ie: cancelled) should drop off the day the cancellation occurs ... am I going to have to wait 60 days from the original transaction date for this item to drop off??? This Buyer is on my BBL and the last thing I want to to "accidentally" give them Positive FB which they do not deserve ...
Regards,
Mr. L
Hey @mr_lincoln. I'm really sorry to see this is still lingering around. They had me create a ticket for it, so this leads me to believe that it's not intended to hang on your list for the full 60 days. Let me touch base with them to get a status update on that ticket.
Thank you but nothing to be sorry about elizabeth@ebay ... you have reported it, I think someone else may have reported it before you, it has been "bubbled" up ... the works. They are asleep at the wheel over there (wherever that is LOL).
Glad it's only ONE UPI ... imagine if it were like a half dozen?!?

Mr. L

Hi again elizabeth@ebay
Today marks day 60 from the recorded transaction date on the order record for this transaction that is on my Feedback list.
I assume that tomorrow it will drop off ... at least I hope it does. The bad news is I just completed another UPI Cancellation yesterday so a new one will be on and remain on the list until the department responsible for this programming fixes the issue. When I leave FB for completed sales they drop off the FB list so there is absolutely no reason why other "completed" transactions, like UPI Cancellations shouldn't drop off the list too. I click the "X" on these items and they do NOT stay deleted.
I KNOW you are doing your part and I thank you for that ... but at this point I am confused why it is taking so long to get this corrected?!?
Regards,
Mr. L

Hey @mr_lincoln. These are new changes to enhance the feedback flow. You should still have the option to use your pre-filled feedback by accessing your feedback history and clicking on the feedback link on the bottom of the page. I can share your feedback with the correct team and if they need more information I will be sure to reach back out.
Hi devon@ebay They do not enhance the flow ... and the red highlighted comment you made is exactly what I explained in the 2nd half of my post ... the point I was making is the new flow does NOT work, does NOT have my pre-typed FB comments and I can not leave FB while the label is printing ... I do NOT want to go through the extra steps of going back to my FB history to leave multiple FBs when I can do them one at a time when I print labels ... I hope you are understanding what I think I have explained here.
How do we opt out of the new enhancements that are not enhancements???
Regards,
Mr. L
Hi @mr_lincoln. We're working on gathering more information about this process and possible opt out options. Once we get more details on this, we'll be sure to update everyone here.
Hi again elizabeth@ebay
Just following up your post above from August 8th ...
being that it is around 6 weeks later I thought it was once again time to "bubble" this one up and "circle back" with the department that is supposed to be handling this issue. As of this writing (September 20th) there is still NO pre-typed FB on this new flow ... hopefully, Sellers will have the option to opt out of this or they will simply go back to the way it worked before ... operative word there being "worked". Thank you for you continued efforts on our behalf.
Regards,
Mr. L

You guys drive me nuts. Anytime you make a change it takes more time to do the same task. The replaced is not enhancement, its going backward. Does eBay not have the common sense to know the more you slow down the seller the less time the Seller has to list items or buy product. By the way that is how eBay receives their income by the listing and buying of product. Its clear all management in the eBay system are too old to understand the KISS principal. Look it up. I have 4000 listing which now take longer to manage or list due to your poorly planned out enhancements. When will you wake up and understand that a company that has that many listing can't and won't do that business on a cell phone. You folks have your heads buried in the sand or elsewhere. All of these time losing changings coupled with the what feels like daily fee increases are not sustainable. There is a tipping point. You have for real, stopped organic business. Organic business is what allows companies to go forward and stay in business for decades. Looks like all the platform is interested in is short term gain for long term pain. Going forward we will no long leave feedback,

Hey @mr_lincoln. I agree the time frame for any type of resolution or answer here, is more than I had hoped. The last feedback I received from them about 1.5 weeks ago was that they were not able to replicate the issue that I was showing them. I've been keeping an eye out for other examples to present to them, so I will use your latest UPI as one, and I hope to find more. Would you please touch base with me sometime this week or next, and let me know if the current one falls off after the 60 day mark, so I can add that to my ticket?

Hi again @mr_lincoln. Let me touch base with that team again, as the last time I spoke with them about this, they said they had rolled out the fixes.

Yes elizabeth@ebay I will be happy to let you know if the current 60 day old UPI drops off the list. As to replicating the issue that is not necessary, all they need to do is have the Cancellation of a UPI trigger the same action that drops an item (that receives Seller FB) off the list ...
Also saw your post that they advised you fixes were in place ... that being said I will let you know if the newest UPI drops off tomorrow ...
