I would recommend you purchase an audiobook called "Making Money on the Internet" by Seth Godin....you can find that book on ebay for sure.
This book is rare but clearly describes the mindset you need to have to sell online.....it applies BIGTIME to selling on ebay.
Secondly you should maintain your selling/buying spreadsheets on Google drive. You can share that info when you hire people to do listings for you.
Look at completed listings and copy them........
Last an most inportantly start slow and build.
