Buyer left feedback that item was too small, but has not asked for refund. Am I obligated to reach out to buyer and ask if they want to return item or just tell it go and wait for them to do something about sale.

@rafvi-37 No, do not contact the buyer. That is a neutral feedback, it doesn't affect your selling account or %. Best to ignore it. Potential buyers will as well as it's not directed at anything you did wrong. Only if a buyer opens a case for a return, then you can act on it, but no reason to poke the bear. Best of luck to you....

Nuetral Feedback with negative comments? You're done with that buyer. Capoot. Zilcho. Nada. Transaction is over. Be done and don't communicate anything.

Still block them from ever buying from you again. But neutral feedback is meaningless. Just be glad it's not negative. I don't know why people would ever leave negative feedback when we have their full name and address. They are just asking for it.

I wouldn't worry about it. They can't fit in a XXXL just imagine how bad their life is lol

You said runs a little small, & showed numerous size measurements.
Since buyer is not requesting to return , best ignore & move on

Don't know what the item is but after reviewing a few of your times - a shirt and a swivel table I did notice you do not provide key dimensions of either item. In case of clothing a S, M, L, XL etc item is not the same for all brands, plus the item can be mislabeled, certainly the dimensions (length, width etc) of the table top are a key dimensions for a buyer.
Just suggestions.
Sold on eBay for over 10 years and provided dimensions for every items and sold a lot of clothing and footwear and other stuff. For one reason there are no international stands for clothing or footwear - they vary by brand and point of manufacturer. Never had a return about size. Had people return because wrong shade of pink.

I got neutral feedback for something intrinsic to the item. Not my fault I didn't make the item, I just sold it.

Neutrals do not affect your FB rating.
Most buyers never look past your FB rating.
So your 100% rating remains intact.
There is no mention of size in any of the three neutrals you received. And one is actually from a satisfied customer.
Ignore it.
You could, if you want to draw attention to the neutral complaint Respond with "I regret you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return for refund."
BTW - Three (or even two) neutrals is pretty high for 138 FB. Nearly double the norm. How can you improve your descriptions, pictures, and service to stop them?
Is it worth selling low priced goods only to get poor FB?
