today, i got a dispute opened against me. i have stopped selling for 3 months, and I don't want to put up another listing just to clear the negative amount in my funds. I have accepted the dispute and offered my buyer a refund. however, i had another dispute case where the case closed after a month and i got refunded the money that I was supposed to pay. if this case doesn't closed, what do i do about the negative $13 in my balance? is it dangerous to have negative numbers, or should I have nothing to worry about since I accepted the dispute request and allowed a refund? please help. also, the buyer purchased this item exactly 91 days ago. i thought that buyers were unable to open disputes after 90 days... makes me worry that another buyer is gonna dispute me

If they received the item more then 30 days ago, they can still open a case, but you get to make the decision to refund or not.
Ebay wouldn't get involved.

If you refunded the buyer the $13.00 then the money they are holding will be released to you and your -$13.00 balance will become zero

You can pay it with your banking institution on file. No need to sell anything. Go into "Payments' and pay it.
