Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining, just trying to figure out what transpired here.
Buyer left a negative without any contact, then immediately opened a return request.
Stated reason for the negative was that there was sharpie writing on the handset and phone didn’t work. I tested the phone before shipping, took clear photos of the writing on the handset and stated it in the description.
I closed the return because it wasn’t worth it for me to pay for the return shipping (I have free shipping on everything).
After I refunded the buyer I immediately started to call eBay to have it removed. Before I spoke to anyone I noticed the feedback is no longer showing up on my profile. I closed out of the app and opened it up again, and it’s still gone. I checked in a desktop web browser and still do not see it. When I pull up the order in my solds I see it say “negative feedback received” but it isn’t showing up on my profile anymore. Anyone know why this might be? I am a top rated seller and this is the first time a buyer tried to leave me a negative.
