Quick question, Does anyone know if ebay will still automatically remove
negative feedback (TSR) if I issue a full refund without the customer
requesting it? They have done this for me multiple times in the past but

I payed with my PayPal account but I purchased the label through eBay. I
can see my record of the purchase in PayPal but it does not show the
tracking.
That’s my line of thinking as well. They are admitting that they opened
a payment dispute because they weren’t able to open an inr. I’d like to
talk to a rep from eBay so they can look at the buyers message but I
think their call center is overwhelme...
