Can I bulk list new items in Seller Hub with out Scheduling?

I see Turbolister is finally coming to an end.  I usually create all of my listings during the day and list the whole lot at night.  Can you do that in Seller Hub?  I can't figure out any way other than put in "schedule" and that comes with a fee.

I don't use it, but don't most people do the draft thing and then activate them when they want them to go live?  I know you can "keep" them for a certain amt of time .........30 days I think, without listing them.

ETA: I've read some people saying that they only see 20 drafts at a time, but as they complete them and the are moved from the Drafts folder, the next drafts become visible. Not sure if this is an individual setting or not.
