Negative Feedback

A buyer did not pay and I did a NPB and was waiting and just about five minutes before the time was up this buyer bought something else in a BIN. I wrote the buyer and said that she had not paid for the other item yet and she said she didn't want it. First a bit of feedback. It was something that came in original box and she had wanted it for cheaper shipping as did not want the box, I said OK so despite the fact I had alrady had it packaged with box, I reduced the shipping and repackaged so it could go first class instead of priority. She then said that she wanted more reduced shipping as combined shipping for both. I said I could not do that as then they would  have to be upped to PM and cost more. and she then said she now wanted the box. I again explained to her that if I did that she would have to pay the PM as could not ship First Class. So now she said thatshe wanted the two items to go to different addresses. She was just being a piece of work, but I complied. She gets her items, and she gives me negative feedback  a few weeks ago and now tonight she gave me negative fedback again, despite the fact both came the exact date which was October 21.She seems to give a lot of negative feedback to sellers. Smiley Sad This one she did tonight read. in all caps TERRIBLE SELLER. SELLS JUNK NOT EVEN WEARABLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.  Oh  yes, she sold the item she bought from me for $20 more, and she used my exact description that I had in my description. So how come when she bought mine now it is junk but when she sells it is new... Anyway obviosuly this person is angry . I would like to leave a reply but is it worth it?  IS there anything that can be done about this feedback or just let it go? If I pursue how to go about it?Thanks a lot.

Call eBay CS and see if these are grounds for it being removed. Mention the excessive negative feedback she gives and how she didn't reach out to you with any problems after the sale....

Neither of those is a "violation" eBay will do anything about. Buyers do not have a limit on the number of negative feedback comments they post, nor are they required to contact a seller with problems after the sale.

Not saying I agree with either of those positions, just that eBay will not do anything about them.

OP, make sure you put this buyer on your blocked buyer list. I know it's hindsight, but you probably should've blocker the buyer after the first fiasco. If you run into someone like that again, block them ASAP.

Bust her for seller interference.  If she sells the same thing you do that negative is a big no no.  She can get into some serious problems with ebay if sellers report her.

Soon as I have a problem with a buyer - resolved or not - I put that buyer on my BBL. Just not worth the hassel anymore - I don't leave the situation open for yet another negative

I could not block the buyer until the NPB thing went through or she paid. Buyer then bought something else within minutes of her getting a stirke and then she paid for the first item as well, and then she went off. So it was a wham bam. I now am on my desktop and going to block her. Very frustrating but if you went and looked at ther feedback to selers it seems like every fifth one or so she leaves a negative. 😞

You might have grounds for removal since she is a competitor and there is a pattern of negs.  Good luck.
