Negative EBAY REVIEW

I just had a BUYER leave a negative review about EBAY on my feedback.  I'd like to have it removed but how do I do that.  It's impossible to contact EBay!  The review wasn't about me, but really bad about buying on EBay.  I have no clue why the buyer left the review because they never contacted me about the item they bought so I assume it was fine.  I went to the feedback articles and I just get sent here and there and never find what to do.

Whatever you do, do not respond to it as to bring attention. It is not a red donut, no harm done unless you bring attention to it.

Ebay will probably feature it on listings as most relevant.

That looks very removable, IMHO, once you get an actual eBay person to lay eyes on it.

Just out of curiosity, what does his feedback left for others look like? It would not surprise me if he's pasted that into numerous other seller feedback pages.
