Negative EBAY REVIEW

I just had a BUYER leave a negative review about EBAY on my feedback.  I'd like to have it removed but how do I do that.  It's impossible to contact EBay!  The review wasn't about me, but really bad about buying on EBay.  I have no clue why the buyer left the review because they never contacted me about the item they bought so I assume it was fine.  I went to the feedback articles and I just get sent here and there and never find what to do.

The comments were negative about ebay but the FB itself is positive which makes it harder to remove automatically, if not impossible.

Your best bet is to contact the ebay reps on Facebook. Send them a message and they may be able to have the comments removed.

Anyone who sees this feedback and doesn't realize it's from a psycho is probably not someone you want as a buyer anyway.

That feedback could be against the Misuse of Feedback policy, see link below. Feedback is only supposed to be about the seller’s performance in a transaction. Not a product teview or other subjects. So contact customer service thru eBay Facebook for Business by sending a private message briefly outlining the problem. Reference the policy violation. It is true eBay does not remove positive ratings, but this should be an exception. Good luck.

Feedback is expected to be consistent. I've had the reps remove the comment and leave the feedback for positive feedback.

Also have had neutral and negative removed.

It appears to be a negative POSITIVE review, in my experience the toughest type of review to get removed.

It was an auction.

Buyer probably got charged immediately after winning the auction.

Its a positive feedback...so I would ignore it unless eBay removes it.

I bet eBay will remove it...call customer service or do chat.

I've heard you can get that type of fedback removed with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
