Need a FREE photo editing program for new pc...help!!

I need some advice, please. Got a new laptop the other day. I was using Picasa, a free simple photo editing program for my eBay pics.  I don't list many items a but do list consistently and this was working for me. BUT......one can no longer download Picasa!  Do you have any suggestions for a simple, easy photo editing program ?  I don't want nor can I afford Adobe Photoshop or one of those $ programs. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can give me. Windows 10 and I am not a computer whiz!

Thank you all for your input.  I've been looking into all of them. Makes me nervous when it says "may harm your computer" when downloading.  For now I'm just using the photo edit on the eBay listing page.....better than nothing! Thanks again.

My advise is you use a sd card.  Put the sd card in the laptop from the camera or phone is best way for me, then use the photo edit program within eBay, in the listing frame, thats it, yer done. I have been doing it for years, works good. cheers! free and simple.

Do any of the above mentioned photo editing programs allow you to edit out lines or shadows in the photo? Example if there is a line on a persons face or crease in fabric that I would like to erase, I want to    highlight the line then delet it.  thank you
