I hope someone from eBay is reading this and can help me fix this. I'd also like to ask the community best way to handle this...
I've been a victim of harassment by a buyer. Buyer wanted to keep the item and have me refund them. When I refused to refund them money without having them send item back they left a negative. They were smart enough to not explicitly threaten negative feedback in messages but that's pretty much the situation I found myself in when they demanded refund without returning item.
The angle they tried to exploit is that the shirt was too small. In my listing description it clearly states the shirt is a is small and appears to be on the smaller end of the numerical size. They clearly didn't read that or are just using it to get their money and keep shirt.
I have emailed eBay (couldn't call as their call center is closed due to pandemic) and they have so far refused to have negative removed up to now. I don't know how else to explain to eBay that I will not refund without having the item returned to me. They don't seem to care. Help please.

It looks like you have no neg's on the account you posted here with.
Was this the account?

Yes the negative feedback was removed. eBay realized the buyer's complaint was in contradiction to the listing descriptions. Thank you eBay for doing the right thing and not letting this buyer get away with their scheme.

I'm glad the problem was resolved for you. Many people advise to respond to such requests as "return for refund" in such cases. In this case the buyer said "wrong size" so they would have to pay for return shipping and this blocks off some of the scammers.
