Obvious Scam - Next Steps

So I dumbly accepted an offer that was accompanied by this message (should know better as a 19yr seller)

"Hello! i am interested in your item, kindly accept my offer and i'll make payment as well as postage cost and get back to me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx ASAP"

What are the next steps I should take other than NEVER calling/texting that number.

File a Unpaid Item Case .

file a UPI when they don't pay......as they won't, ignore all the the I'm sending you payment, blah, blah.....check any "claims" they did send it in your pp account......
