I guess this is a 2 part question, can this even be done on Ebay? I'm in a competitive market and dont want my competitors to see feedback left by buyers so can I make my feedback private as a seller?
Also, is there a way to not allow people to search using the Advanced Mode and see what items I've sold by using my userid?
Thank you so much!

This is just my opinion but what you want to do makes it sound like you want to hide something. What do you want to hide?
Honest sellers are proud of what they sell and want anyone - potential buyers or other sellers - to see what they sell, the transparent descriptions they post and the clear and definitive pictures they include.
What you want to do is what I've seen from sellers who I wouldn't buy from or worse, from sellers who are no longer ebay members!
Be proud of what you sell!
EDIT:
Never mind. I get it! You're a dropshipper/retail arbitrager - and it's not the type of dropshipping that is allowed on ebay. You even use the sources pictures.

No and no.
Can't sell with your feedback set to private and you can block any of the eBay searches.

I don’t think that would be a good idea. As a buyer I would not buy from a seller with private feedback. I would be wondering what are they trying hide.

I think that a post like this is a excellent way to drive traffic to your items.

Except no one here is stupid enough to purchase from a drop-shipper. 😁

You can make the listings private.
When a buyer leaves feedback, the item will not show up and it will be shown as a private listings.
It won't solve everything for you, but your feedback profile won't show what you have sold.
I used to do this with my listings because I thought buyers would not want to show what undergarments they were buying on eBay.

I want to stop competitors from seeing my feedback or viewing sold items
As a seller, you cannot hide your reputation. Everyone here deserves to see what other buyers have experienced when dealing with you. You can do this a little bit by make your listings private, but IMHO many buyers will not trust you.
