NO VIEWS On some listings...

I have a problem getting views

on my products what is going on

Please is there any explanation

for starters, are they items anybody wants? Have there been completed sales?

Are you competitive? Good photos?

Listing a few items every few days is better than a once a month dump of listings.

You sell catalog items with a very low feedback. It is going to be an uphill battle for you.

Are you sure that your listings are showing up in the search ?

When I haven't had views on some of my listings or if they seem that they are really low for the item, I search for the item like I would as a buyer of that particular item. What has happened to me on several of my items is that they aren't showing up, so I get to call ebay yet again and tell them that my items aren't showing up and I make them search for it too, then in a day or less lo and behold they start showing views !

I have no idea why this happens but it seems to happen to me

( at least I think it does !) quite a bit. I am finding that the best thing to do is to regularly search for your listings to see how they are showing up.

You cannot trust the view counter. I've sold plenty of items that supposedly had zero views. I've listed items that would immediately have several views.  I pay zero attention to the view counter for these reasons. It just can't be trusted to be correct.

Just looked at your feedback rating… you have low sales and to your one negative feedback  you were made a somewhat rude comment about a buyer. You're going to have to get a thicker skin in dealing with customers. If the negative was out of line, if what she says is not true then ask ebay for a retraction. But if you didn't go out of your way to make it right, then you get what you deserve.  And why are you calling a buyer ?

Always deal with a buyer through the ebay message system, that way you are covered if the buyer is asking for items that aren't part of the sale.

I have an eBay friend that I email and ask to give such or such a listing a poke to get it going again...works every time. I can look, revise, etc, but it only shakes it loose when an outsider opens it up...sometimes I call CS and it works after they view it. WHY ?? Who knows...a view/watch counter glitch that has bugged me for over 5 years.

On your clothing items you are not listing a size......asking people to email it to you.........but what happens is that your item will not show up in search if someone searches for Large Robe........

You should be able to use variation listings that will show the sizes so people can choose which size when they buy.........that way the item will show up in any search for the sizes you show......

For That reason i wanted to deal with the buyer in an excellet way ... i have refund her

without returning the item and also tak to her in  a good way but she refuses everything and left me a negative feedback that really hurts
