I have a new Ebay Store. https://www.ebay.com/str/snowistcorner
Recently my fee invoice couldn't paid due to credit card issue, but I've replaced the payment option and paid the due fee immediately. During this time I recieved a message from Ebay saying they put my store unvisible and my product listings won't display in search until I resolve the fee payment. Fine but after payment done I received another email saying my store will be restored in 24 hours, however almost 7-8 days passed and still my store frontend displays 0-zero products and 0 categories.
I have contacted Ebay support several times but no success. They still trying to tell me how to open categories in store "Manage my Store" section. Lol. I keep saying them I got products in listing under 8 categories already. Lol

I see seven items you have listed that appear in your store that ship to the US.
However, when I change my shipping location to Turkey and search again, I see no items. It does appear that you have a shipping method specified for Turkey, and Turkey is not excluded from your shipping.

I see 7 items with variations, I assume, in your store.

Guys thank you for your replies. Looks like something is wrong at my side. However I tried to change shipping location to UK and US nothing changed. In fact there is no restrictions in selling for Turkey in the store. Weird.

When I search your listings, I see 30 results:

When I go to view items in your store, I only see 7 listings. I am guessing that is due to Variations and multi-quantity listings.

Searching your store on the US, Canada, German and Ireland eBay sites, I see the same seven items in your store.
However, when I search the UK or Australia sites, no results.
Australia appears to be excluded, but the UK is not.
Something is odd.

Yes, thats correct. I excluded Hawai and some other islands as we have difficulties to deliver from Turkey. Looks like I forgot one of them 🙂 Thanks.

Yeah, thats weird. I just checked my listing and Turkey isn't excluded. Interestingly Turkey was listed in Europe earlier (due to small part is in Europe side), but now in both Asia and Middle East. However not excluded in both country lists. UK, Autralia never excluded also.

I am not sure if my store can be viewed outside the US.
I guess it's not about excluding some countries, maybe due to a store setting or a bug in the system...
