My store don't shows items I'm selling

Until a couple of days ago when I clicked the store's icon I saw all the items I'm selling ordered by eBay categories.

From then all the items disappeared. What happened? What I did wrong? I didn't changed any settings. Today I added featured items. This are the only four items of my store I can see today.

You are in Hawaii, and appear to be suffering from the year old Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO (HATA) glitch. It isn't you store or your listings that is the problem, but is your location as a buyer/viewer when looking at your store.

Change your zipcode to 90210 (Hollywood) on the shipping and payments tab of any eBay listing and then look at your store.

Appears eBay may have fixed part of the glitch and search results for sellers with stores are no longer affected, but it looks like all store listings still are.

Because you have a store, all your listings appear in search no matter the viewing zipcode: https://www.ebay.com/sch/qrlosity13/m.html   (at least that appears to be the pattern)

How many of my listings do you see with your Hawaii zip? With 90210 zip?

There is no fix or workaround for your buyers in HATA zipcodes to see your listings until eBay gets all this fixed. Changing your zipcode to 90210 (Hollywood) or 10012 (New York) or whatever is a workaround for you to view your store though.

Also note that not all zipcodes/areas in the HATA group always behave the same. For example, Hawaii zipcodes in the past tended to be problematic far less often than Alaska zip codes. Using an FPO zip code (96362) disappears your store items same as a Hawaii or Alaska zip code, but all 72 of my listings appear.

*I need to figure out why 1 of my listings shows up when I search with an Anchorage, AK (99514) or Honolulu, HI 996801) zip code. It was zero listings before, but this is a newer listing and need to see if there is something different about it (and I'm not seeing anything obvious)

Correction: Hawaii zipcode doesn't disappear my listings in search but Alaska zip does.

That just means you aren't EXCLUDING locations totally, but you don't have any shipping specified for a lot of locations, and those locations can't see items in your store.

Revise one or two of your listings to show some actual shipping amount to Israel, then go see if they show up in your store for you in Israel. If they do, then there is your answer - you would need to show actual shipping amounts not "contact seller for shipping" to be seen in those locations in your store (the items still show up in search ok)

Don't know if it is a bug, or intentional behavior, but if a bug I wouldn't hold my breath while waiting for a fix.
