HOW would one send a feedback revision request to a buyer?

To request the buyer to revise their feedback:

1. From your feedback profile, select Request a feedback revision.
2. Find the feedback you want to request a revision for and select the Give the buyer a reason for the request option.
3. Enter the reason for your request, then select Send.

I must be blind (my wife tells me that all the time so maybe its true) 

I can not see request a feedback revision anywhere.

Just want to add, be sure to resolve whatever issues there were before requesting the feedback revision.  Then send it.  Buyer will not be inclined to revise anything if the issue has not been resolved.
