My listing was removed by eBay

Hi 

I sold Prada espadrille and I was waiting for the payment but my listing was removed from the market 

 please advise

I have seen the same thing a time or two. I got frustrated, logged completely out of eBay. Closing the app won’t correct this. You need to go to your eBay account and select the “Log off” option. When you log back into the app, voila!! Everything is as it should be.

A search for that item number produces no results (as you're probably aware). 

In theory, you should have received or should be receiving an email from eBay explaining why the listing was removed. There could be a few reason, so it's best to wait for their email, or attempt to contact customer service if you prefer.

Logging out of and back into eBay does not help find a listing that has been removed.

You sold a designer item.

The buyer has not paid.

The listing has been closed.

The buyer has been informed that she does not have to pay.

It is likely that you were closed because of a VeRO complaint from Prada.

Do not try to relist the item.

If you can contact the buyer, send a polite explanation and an apology for being unable to complete the transaction.

Was it for the Prada shoes you relisted?  You should have gotten an email from ebay as to why they were removed. If it was for a Vero claim or counterfeit  claim you should not be relisting them.

What does the email from ebay say?
