Payment problem

Tell the buyer to contact eBay.

You're a new seller....there are scammers who target new sellers with a story about not being able to pay in an attempt to get you to finish the transaction off eBay. They'll frequently ask about including gift cards for an added fee. The payment notice they send is fake....the gift cards scammed sellers mail are real.

If they truly can't pay on eBay, there's likely a good reason for it. Proceed with extreme caution and keep everything from communication to payment on eBay.

Payment problem

Well, the buyer 'says' that they aren't able to pay.  It is, all too often, a ploy to get your payment information and send a fake PayPal notice that you have been paid, so that you will ship.  Meanwhile, nothing has been paid and you have been scammed.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous
