My listing isn't following guidlines?

I posted an LG B4 OLED display for under $1300 with free shipping or pickup and disclose a stock picture with the posting and I get this email that my listing violates VERO...What's up

I expect your stock picture caused the problem.

Yeah, those stock photos belong to the companies that take them/purchase the rights to them.  Take your own photos and you should be okay, except in this case I would first email the LG via the address in the notice you received, and explain the situation.  Otherwise, relisting it even with your own photos could get it automatically pulled again without them filing a new complaint.  I also usually recommend not listing as Brand New or New, but instead choose Like New or Very Good, although I don't know that that's always necessary.

Pretty simple, you stole the image!

In future do not use stock images or anything you just find online somewhere.

Aside from the guidelines issue, you might want to re-think the Free Shipping offer. You may take a bath on costs, plus having to refund if the buyer claims shipping damage. If you relist, stick to Local Pickup only.

Some sellers are on LG's list of authorized sellers and have privileges which unauthorized sellers lack.

If you are listing as NEW, check the terms of the warranty to determine if the manufacturer's warranty will apply to your buyer. Many manufacturers are limiting the applicability to purchases from authorized sellers. No warranty - not NEW to many buyers.

What about them? They are no different than your listing BEFORE yours was taken down.

LG may not have gotten to them yet OR they are authorized to use the images and you are not.

To use an old boring analogy, 10 vehicles driving down the interstate at high speed, one gets pulled over for speeding the other 9 continue on their merry way.

Is it "fair", maybe not but the world is not fair.
