I have NEVER done good till cancelled - EVER! I have listings ending and they are automatically being relisted. I can't believe this. So I have to go into every single listing now and check to see if that box was checked off to auto re list! How can eBay get away with charging me fees without my permission!

This happens when you use the cell phone app or the quick listing form on a pc.
I suggest switching to the advanced listing form.
For any items that were automatically relisted select end from the drop down menu next to the item on your active listings page.
When you relist first save your listing as a DRAFT by selecting save and continue later then on the DRAFT at the upper right corner select switch to the advanced listing form.
For future listings switch to the advanced listing form only, then you will have control over your listings.

I noticed this tonight. My auctions are being relisted and I have NEVER enabled that auto relist function.

Lots of threads popping up about this issue. Gee, does this somehow play into the "peer benchmarks"? Seems eBay needs lots of sellers to give them that 40% raise for a successful holiday sesaon...

Nah, I think it is more the ending 3rd Q - keep those numbers high.
Next month, when the new FVF % is added is when those threads will probably be populating the board.

Don’t use the cell phone app to list.

Seems until they fix the issue the best work around I've found is to save everything as draft on my phone (in batches) then go to my drafts on the PC and I can change them all to 30 day and list.

I have checked and double checked my listings and ALL were created as 30 day listings and I did NOT use the cell phone app and some listings still relisted automatically. Very frustrating! This needs to be fixed and credit should be gived for the listings.

Yes, this seemed to work for most listings, but I still have one listing that there is no option to change to a 30 day listing in the dropdown menu. So , my only option is to cancel the item and start over potentially losing those watchers, or hope it sells before the item relists again.

I do not use the cell phone app at all and this happened to me. Crazy.

I'd suggest on each listing, that you hit Revise and check that you did not accidentally use Good Til Cancelled instead of 30 days.
If you did, End those listings.
Then relist them if you want, using 30 days.
Since you don't have a Store, your first 50 listings each month are Free.
The next 15 of the 65 are 35 cents each , so you're $5.25 in the hole. When you have fixed the errant listings, call Help and Contact about getting those fees forgiven.
They can't say yes if you don't ask.
