It shows my name up top but it’s showing someone else’s stuff and their feedback. How is this possible? I have logged off and logged back on. If you click on my account up here at my name it comes up right but when I go onto the account it’s showing someone else’s sold stuff it’s doing this off and on.

I'm seeing this............
Pottery Barn Chantal Toile Duvet, Green Queen/Full Floral Duvet, Pair of Shams
from Michigan.........is that you?
if not, need to call CS and report account takeover........ask for trust and safety dept.
If it is you........do a restart of windows and see if that clears anything..........are you on a pc or mobile?

If you go to your Sold items page do you see your sales or theirs? If theirs - can you go into one as if to print a Shipping label and see whose name and address is shown as the Return address? Does the Seller info show your account details or theirs?

In my history of selling, I`ve seen someone else`s account (even in another country) while being logged in under my user id a good dozen times. Last time maybe a year or so ago. So yeah, every glitch is possible on ebay.

It makes it much easier when you come here to reply to a person's question. Is that you as asked in the second post ?

No that was me. But it was showing on some of my pages some other. I called CSR and they helped me resolve it. Had to clear my cache. That helped but I have no idea what caused it.

Just as a guess, your computer might have been storing a session ID number that was later reused by eBay for someone else's login, so when your computer reconnected with eBay and passed in the old session ID, eBay thought you were the other guy.
I know that's wildly simplified and not necessarily correct, but it fits the symptoms and would explain why clearing your cache made the problem go away.

Perhaps ebay's cutting edge, antiquated, Industry Standard programming, and the 'glitch of the week', creating a perfect storm?
Didn't somebody claim that was happening to them just yesterday?

I am experiencing all kinds of weird glitches on eBay for the last 2 weeks. Seller hub shows a refund is waiting for approval 2 weeks after it was approved and the refund issued. When an item sells the bell notification says I have 2 more items to ship then I actually do. I had bought a shipping label for an item but it shows that it still needs to be shipped, AND the USPS system says the tracking number on the shipping label is invalid. What is going on?

Well, there was this one from Sept. 30:

Yeah, that's the one. My how time flies - twasn't a hack after all, just another hiccup in the loooooong line of them. Gotta keep people on their toes. Sitting too long doing work on the 'puter ain't good without getting the blood pressure up every once in a while, doncha know? 😀
