Multiple shipping options?

I've noticed since the shipping changes that I no longer have the ability to add multiple shipping options. I used to use USPS for free shipping, but give them other options if they want to pay for expedited shipping. Is there a trick I'm missing? How do you offer multiple shipping options now???

I just tried to list something.  It's giving me the option for multiple shipping methods.

As a matter of fact, it will let me do up to 4 methods. 

Your screenshot looks funny. Are you on the listing itself?

It looks like you are using business policies. 

I think you need to create a new shipping business policy, and add the multiple options to the policy.

Then, apply that new policy to the listing:
