eBay redesigned this page: https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_feedback
A pop-up now appears. If you had FB comments you always used you can no longer access the quick auto-fill list that browsers saved for you. I'm pretty sure @mr_lincoln is one of the sellers that liked using browser auto-fill for FB on that page.
You can no longer X items (like cancelled sales) to remove them from the list.
This is what the pop-up looks like from the seller's side:
With this page switching to a pop-up for each item, there is no longer a "quick" option for a seller to leave a lot of feedback at once unless they use automatic feedback or use bulk feedback with the same [up to 5] stored comments for every buyer from the seller hub orders page.
As a buyer I don't have any purchases waiting for FB today to confirm, but I suspect this means the work-around to avoid leaving a forced star rating product review as a buyer will no longer work. @eburtonlab

Nobody hates change more than me.
I don't find the new format that bad.
The "optional" stuff, just ignore it. It's optional.

I haven't been selling here that much lately since I've been gone or selling elsewhere - now I wonder what fresh spanking new hell I'll come back to. 🤔

I don't even see star reviews for items in live listings. So why are they making buyers do them if the resulting scores aren't being shown to shoppers?

Great info. Thanks!
It appears eBay has missed the boat.
YES, product reviews are very useful to buyers trying to make a decision! I use them all the time.
However, eBay's implementation of it is a mess!!!

NO, NO.... The wrong "BEST ANSWER" was selected!
The BEST ANSWER should actually be this:
Use the link from the Seller Hub Overview page, under Orders, that says
"Shipped and Awaiting Your Feedback".
This link goes to Orders with the status 'Shipped and awaiting your feedback' selected.
This page has ALL THE INFO that the "leave feedback" link used to have!!!
You can leave FB individually or in bulk, and all your stored responses are there (up to 8).
It's perfect!
It is eBay's implementation and communication that is lacking! Geeeez!
The practice of making sellers jump through hoops to figure out what's going on is beyond me.
________
Additionally, I should say that the issue of combining or integrating PRODUCT reviews with the seller/buyer FEEDBACK system is still an issue. They are convoluting the two, and it seems messy and not thought out or planned well!
And here is just one example. a thread from a buyer who said:
I am trying to leave positive Feedback for a purchase I just received. However, I am unable to post unless I also rate the product. The item purchased is for personal care that should "show results in 30 days". Thus, I am at present unable to rate the product. It is not fair to punish the Seller by blocking my feedback. Is there a work-around?

Now isn't that dumb?!?

The new feedback page absolutely sucks.
Now you have to leave feedback on a stinking pop-up individually.
Who is the brilliant person who thought that this was a good idea?
I buy a lot and like to leave feedback but this makes it impossible.
Get your head together eBay if it is not broken don't fix it.

The Feedback Forum page was redesigned again, only 6 weeks after the last redesign.

It now has weird giant boxes. For what reason? Other than to waste space and make buyers/sellers go through never ending page scrolling, I have no idea.
On the positive side? The requirement to leave a product review star rating has been removed. In fact, it's not even an option any more. Although the comments box does still ask for a written product review instead of a review for the seller/transaction.
Actually, the comments box asks the buyer if the item is "exactly as described" which kind of encourages buyers to note even the slightest perceived flaw, no? Wording comes across as a bit odd to me.

Additionally: there still isn't a feedback / comments link on the current feedback forum page to send comments to the product developers. Kyle said they were working on that, but it was not added with the new block-y display roll out.

I have not looked at the feedback section much since the June 2024 changes. I just looked today and the September 2024 changes are even worst. Personally I think ebay should make it so you cannot leave feedback for a sale and only buyers can leave feedback. For now I'm only leaving feedback for my sales when a buyer sends me a message asking for feedback.

This is REALLY confusing! It says "rate the item" and "tell us more about the item" does this mean we are writing a review for the product we purchased or is this the seller's feedback? Because we can rate items separately and that's what this sounds like, but it's actually feedback for the seller's profile (I think???)
Please re-word the feedback form so we know who and what we are rating.

The required comment you type will appear on the seller's feedback page and is intended to be a comment about the transaction itself, not a review of the item.
The optional "rate the item" star rating will be combined with other users' ratings to arrive at an average that will appear under all items linked by using the same identifying part number sold by any seller.
Please re-word the feedback form so we know who and what we are rating.
Tell eBay that using the appropriate "feedback"/"comment"/"?" link on the right side of your own feedback page, or else use this link:
Tell us what you think about the Feedback System on eBay.
