This is REALLY confusing! It says "rate the item" and "tell us more
about the item" does this mean we are writing a review for the product
we purchased or is this the seller's feedback? Because we can rate items
separately and that's what this sounds...

Have you called ebay? I had trouble with an irate buyer and they helped
me out. Took 3 separate calls to get refunded on bogus return charges
and get multiple negative feedbacks removed but the calls worked.
