Customer bought an item and paid this afternoon and I got the notification in PayPal. I don't see an order for her anywhere in Ebay and I never got the sold notification that usually accompanies the one in PayPal. It's been about 5 hours and I do not see the order anywhere. What could be the cause of this?
notificatons can come late......... You're sure the item sold in ebay? When I listed on other sites, I could be perplexed when I got a sale there and just got the paypal paid notice, but nothing showed on Ebay........
eBay is the only platform I'm on so I know what's where it should be. I did make a change to the listing right before they bought it, not sure if that could be why.
